Responsible for delivering prompt and accurate results in the areas of underwriting process (inclusive of initial underwriting & non jet underwriting (non medical, medical and substandard)
- Checking completeness and validity documents according to the SOP
- Analyze magnum evidence code and put in follow up screen at Life Asia
- Analyze the answers given in the SPAJ
- Analyze any amendments and other documents (including medical, legal and financial documents) received together with SPAJ
- Approve non-jet cases up to IDR 1 bio sum assured
- Analyze and issue administrative as well as medical requirements
- If the SPAJ does not meet the requirements to be approved, transfer the SPAJ to pending underwriters for further processing
- Monitor service standard and turn around time
