- Job description:

- 1.
Provide pre-sales and or post-sales technical support
- 2.
Gather and build requirement documentation with customer
- 3.
Evaluating of product quality assurance standards
- 4.
Ensure that all customer requests, complaints and comments communicated are
- forwarded to the corresponding department for action
- 5.
Analyze customer behavior and market data
- Requirement:
- Education Background : Min.
D3 Information Technology or related
- Have knowledge in programming (basic skill)
- Have knowledge in Frontend & UI/UX Designer
- Have knowledge making document of specification and test script
- Good customer service communication skill
- Fresh Graduate with adequate experience is encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate in English for daily operations.
