Ui/Ux Designer

**What You Will Do**:

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements for website and mobile apps, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Evaluate, identify, and revise existing website or mobile app UX design
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g.
images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images
- Follow industry best practices

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience as UI/UX Designer
- Able to communicate in English at the very least of passive is required
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work
- Ability to adapt in VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) environment
- Willing to work according to Australian time or 6 AM - 3 PM Jakarta Time (9 hours include 1-hour break)

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
