Ui/Ux Designer

Job description & responsibilities :
-Responsible for understanding project brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces
-Work with the product team to seek deeper appreciation of clients problem/goals
-Develop understanding of the end users of the web application or mobile application through secondary and primary research (user interviews, traffic data)
-Prepare prototypes of site/features for internal review and brainstorming
-Lead a team of junior UI/UX designers
Requirements :
-1 years+ experience in designing for responsive web design
-Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools
-Strong applied skills for design tools related to creating mobile and web application interfaces, e.g., Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc
-Experience in working with tech teams
-Good communication skills
-Good Management skills
