Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in tutoring, education, or educational program management.
Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and effective tutoring techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in educational technology and tutoring platforms.
Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to lead and motivate a team of tutors.
