A Training Manager (Technical and Non Technical) job has just been made available at a multinational automotive company. The candidate must be from a car manufacturing company (current or past), and have a minimum of 10 years' experience handle end-to-end training, high fluency in English, and a good understanding of the automotive business.
About the Training Manager (Technical and Non Technical) Role:
In this business critical role, you will develop the relevant training courses to suite Asia Pacific market based on the company standard and syllabus. You will also plan, organise and conduct both technical and non-technical training for the company's Asia Pacific Distributors and relevant personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
Training course development
Training conduct and analysis
Market monitoring and training performance management (offline and online training)
Conduct technical training (use gamification techniques, manage distributor service training plan, manage certifications status for technician, and manage import and export training vehicles, tools and equipment)
Field support (monitor quality issues over APAC region, support field technical issues, and support distributor for customer care)
Develop and conduct all aspects of both technical and non-technical training (end-to-end from planning, organising, and conducting)
To succeed in the Training Manager (Technical and Non Technical) role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior sales teams, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years' experience in training, learning, and development area
Currently or previously working in car manufacturing company
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Studies, Psychology, CRM, or equivalent
Strong fluency in English (verbal and written)
Advanced knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, and supporting MS Suite products
Good attitude to work in a team environment
