**Training Executive**
**General Overview**
- The Training Executive will identify business opportunities and manage partnerships with feedmills, negotiate on the selling price and monitor the price.- This role will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager.Roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate with the branch team about the needs of training and asses on ground
- Doing TTT to Junior Trainer and AC
- Coordinate with Training Support & Reporting for Junior Trainer schedule
- Make a guideline for Junior Trainer on how to execute the training
- Responsible for training & activation in province (no of transaction)
- Review Junior Trainer's performance
- Create budget for training needs for each cluster (rent, tools, accommodation, etc)
- Manage logistics behind training events, including sending out invitations to attend events to both trainers and participants, booking venues and ensuring availability of training materials
**Requirements**:
:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human resources or any relevant field.
- 3+ years' experience in training
- Ability to manage full training cycle, including in person activities and web-based learning
- Proficient with MS Office
- Capable of working collaboratively with others in a team-orientated environment.
- Good communicate with English
