Training & Development Officer

Maximum 28 years old.
- Good communicative skill and achievement-oriented
- Having work experience in related fields is required for this position.

- Responsible for overall Training & Development ("T&D")
- Responsible for preparing the training curriculum in accordance with the results of the training needs analysis
- Ensure the implementation of the T&D plan for all employees at HO and Store
- Responsible to evaluate the results of training conducted
- Responsible for the mobilisation of new employees
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a seller's environment
- Conduct training both hard & soft skills for sales force, merchandiser, SPG & Foom Reseller
- Willing be a placed in East Jakarta - Cakung - Bekasi
- Willing to work on Saturday and can join immediately

**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
