About the Training & Development Manager Role:
Reporting to the GM of Human Resources, you will be responsible for improving productivity of the employees. You will be in charge of assessing company-wide developmental needs, driving training initiatives as well as identifying suitable training solutions for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts annual training and development needs assessment
Develops training and development programmes and objectives
Lines coordination with internal stakeholders ensuring talent acquisition and development aligned with business needs
Facilitates cascade of value, including Performance Management initiatives across all levels and integrate with HR processes
Plans, delivers and maintains internship programmes and fresh graduate development programmes
Maintains knowledge in the department, keeps up to date with the latest training practices, trends, and technology

To succeed in the Training & Development Manager role, you will need to have minimum 10 years of experience in Training and development within manufacturing automotive industry.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's or master's degree in human resource management or other relevant fields
Proven track record in training and development in manufacturing automotive industry
Thorough knowledge in technical automotive manufacturing
Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
