Training & Development Collection Staff

Details of the offer

Conduct New Joiner Training.
- Provide Refreshment Training and Coaching for existing employees.
- Identify problems and investigate findings regarding visit quality.
- Analyze the results of field collector visits.
- Check and ensure that all documents for newly recruited field officers are in place and properly archived.
- Update & Review Training Material on a monthly basis.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in finance, banking, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Investigator, or QC.
- Strong interest in the financial technology industries.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Effective coaching, facilitation, and team-building skills.
- Fluent in both Bahasa and English (preferably).
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Strong presentation skills.
