Trainer Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer Specialist at PT.
Tiki Jalur Nugraha Eka Kurir (JNE).
The Trainer Specialist will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and assessing training needs.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs

Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques

Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Understanding of the logistics industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field
