About the role
The role as Trainer Mining is responsible for providing mechanical trade and system training for TCI personnel in order to increase on the job knowledge, productivity, maintenance and repair capability of THIESS personnel.

In this role, you will:
Effectively deliver in-class and on job training in accordance with Thiess training standards
Effectively deliver trade training material with competencies selected by the company and in accordance to Thiess training standards.
Demonstrate knowledge and skills to be able to identify gaps in maintenance and repair capability of employees
Demonstrated knowledge and skills to be able to train and assess employees so that employees have the capability to deliver on TCI plant performance expectations.
Liaise with all stakeholders to be able to conduct and execute mechanical trade training in accordance to the agreed schedule and training plan.

About youMinimum degree in Senior High School
Cert III in a trade or relevant experience
Trainer and Assessor competencies.
Understand Thiess business culture.
Understand Learning Management System principles and concepts
Industry best practice and standards
English language usage
