Job Description Identifying training needs: Working with management to identify training needs for the company Planning and scheduling training: Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and lectures Developing training materials: Preparing training materials and maintaining a database of them Evaluating training: Assessing the effectiveness of training and making modifications as needed Providing feedback: Providing constructive feedback to learners and adjusting the training program as needed Monitoring performance: Developing systems to monitor employee performance and ensure they are meeting training objectives Ensuring compliance: Ensuring employees comply with company standards and procedures during training Requirement A bachelor degree in a relevant field, such as human resource management, communication, or business administrationExperience in training or teaching minimal 2 YearsStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience with e-learning tools and platformsExperience with instructional design and curriculum development
