Job Description:
To help grow the consumer business in Indonesia and to be responsible for developing and monitoring consumer business plans to help ensure profitability of company.
To be responsible for the Cx achievement of sales targets; accountable for the trade investment management and monitoring the implementation of promotion that have been approved and aligned internally, and ensure the excellent execution for merchandising activities, in accordance with company and procedures and under supervision of the Trade Marketing Head, Brand Team, and Head of Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation, deployment, and monitoring of trade marketing programs in assigned stores- Improve and monitor operations in all channels through analysis of stock level/inventory at branch level ensuring improved stock weight for all key SKUs- Implementing in-store tactics in partnership with TSOs, NSMs, and KAMs- Implementing and coordinating special events and promos from head office/Marketing- Giving direction, training, and right tools to in-store staff (merchandizers) to ensure planogram implementation, right assortment and excellent displays- Responsible in complying with the Company's Safety & Health, Environment Sustainability policies and programs.- Recommend Channel Strategies & Plans to deliver sustainable profitable growth based on consumer, shopper, and customer insight.- Defines Promotional strategy on specific Channel or Projects and translate into Calendar Activity periodically- Develop POSM strategy to support perfect Stores for Sales Team- Responsible to assist to cascade Market situation insights (Category-Shopper-Customer Mix), connecting dots and draws valuable insight (internal & external) into Channel activities- Managing Cost TS & POSM for specific Project / channel.- Assisting Trade Marketing Head and Business Controller, to do ROI assessment and continuously evaluate the promotion effectiveness of trade investments
Skills & Qualifications- Minimum Bachelor degree in any science.
Expert in Sales (Ideally FMCG/ Consumer Goods or Cx OTC).- Strong selling demonstrated by good negotiation skills, strategic planning, Good analytical and interpretation of information and statistical indicators, project management, Proficiency with of Excel, PowerPoint, Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills, Professional negotiation and presentation skills, Planning and Project Management Skills, Confident and capable of communicating and operating at all levels.
