KIA Tours & Travel is an IATA and ASITA certified travel agency that cooperates with all airlines, both domestic and international, as well as local tour agencies all over the world.
The company is located in Jakarta.
**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as a Ticket Agent.
The Ticket Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with ticket sales, communication, customer service, reservations, and sales mainly handle Corporates

**Qualifications**
- Ticket Sales and Reservation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to close sales and meet targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of GDS and airline booking systems
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Fluency in English and Indonesian
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or related field

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
