Timebound Staff
Placement : Serang, Tangerang City, South Tangerang City
REQUIREMENTS :
• Minimum S1 graduate with background in Medicine, Public Health Sciences, Statistics, Sociology, Anthropology, Communication Studies
• Have experience in conducting processes of technical guidance, assessment and research,
• Experience working with government agencies and NGOs (preferably experienced in working with the AIDS Commission, Health Service, NGOs concerned with HIV and AIDS, community organizations, and health services),
• Have knowledge of M&E/IS strategies for HIV-AIDS programs in Indonesia,
• Have experience in developing program strategies, guidelines or SOPs,
• Familiar with monitoring health indicators, especially HIV-AIDS,
• Having work experience in an international NGO is preferred.
Support and strengthen reporting and recording system:
• Provide technical support to PHO and DHOs to ensure 80% of health facilities record and report HIV testing and care & treatment data into good quality and timely,
• Provide technical support to PHO and DHOs to improve the capacity of DHO staff on managing and verifying data through joint data verification visits to 80% of health facilities,
• Provide technical support to PHO and DHOs to develop cross sectional HIV clinical cascade analysis at district level in quarterly,
• Provide technical support to health facilities to improve the capacity of health facility staff on recording and reporting data at least one mentoring visit to each facility in monthly,
• Provide technical support and conduct data verification and provide feedback to health facilities through quarterly meetings (Puskesmas/hospital/clinic),
• Participate on quarterly ME coordination meeting at district level and health facilities,
• Perform another duty as a signed
Scope of work and task:
• Functioned in strengthening implementation and utilizing data for the past 6 months has been very helpful to the District Health Office areas.
• Helps the District Health Office to ensure all health services that have both LINKAGES-supported HIV services and are not, to use generator tools as data analysis providers.
• Received trust from the District Health Office and health facilities which is the official document of the health facilities also District Health Office. So, LINKAGES can help more optimal in improving data quality and utilization.
