**Title**:MMP SLT Mobo Test and Equipment Performance Study.
**Description**: Study on the SLT test and equipment constraints at level 1 and 2 as well as provide enhancement plans and impact
**Scope**:Perform survey, pareto analysis, cause & effect, enhancement and control plan
- Supporting team:
Process Engineer and technicians, Equipment Engineer and technicians, FA Engineers and technicians, Manufacturing Supervisor & Trainers.
**Deliverables**:
Quantify faulty slots in SLT motherboards on daily basis
Identify the type and recurrence of screen errors at SLT level 1 and 2
Perform commonality study on the data collected
**Stretched goal**:
Recommend applicable changes to cross-site team members to ensure standardization is achieved between sites.
Improve the current first pass yield at SLT test
