We are looking for a highly dynamic and number driven Inside Sales / Telesales Agent to help us meet our customer and revenue growth targets.
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be taking charge to initiate the sales process for our IT/Software systems.
Our target market includes mostly SME so you should be willing to generate calling lists and perform calls from little or no data.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create calling lists
- Initiate first calls to calls and get to the Director(s)
- Following up with prospective leads systematically
- Set up appointments for our Sales team to follow up
- Hub spot experience will be a bonus
- Generate daily reports summarizing prospects, appointments, and schedule
- Meeting appointment quotas and KPI which are set weekly and monthly.
**Requirements**:
- We have no minimum education requirements
- Must have some software sales experience
- Must be highly independent, self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious, goal-oriented, and success driven
- Strong negotiation, organisational, and presentation skills.
- Must be able to speak fluently in English and at least 1 other language
**Salary**: Rp3,304,619 - Rp7,000,000 per month

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
