**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our forwarding services and identify their needs.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and research.
- Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely conversion into sales.
- Update CRM system with accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in telesales or outbound sales, preferably in the logistics or forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and objections.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a startup environment.
Pay: From Rp510,000,000 per month
