Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to sell products (barang jadi, accessories, and others) and services.
Contact existing customers regularly to ensure they meet specific targets.
Handle inbound calls and requests from customers, providing service through various platforms, aligning with Customer Loyalty Agent specialization.
Offer new campaigns directly to end customers.
Update and maintain the customer database (email, address, gender, age) in the CSMS application.
Support and participate in events, campaigns, or exhibitions involving the Customer Loyalty Department.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) or higher.
1-3 years of experience in telesales.
Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate customer loyalty.
