Telesales Agent

**Roles & Responsibilities**:- Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements, needs, and close sales- Always strive towards meeting sales quota- Follow up with the existing customers to get feedback and understanding of the issue- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/dispute**Requirements**:- Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's or associate degree is a plus- Minimum 1 - 1,5 year experience as tele-sales- Proven record of met quota- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills- Fluent in local language (Javanese)- Able to communicate in English- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software- Willing to be placed at SemarangAbility to commute/relocate:- Semarang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Telemarketer: 1 year (required)
