(Telco Tech) Frontend Engineering Manager

**Your Role**:
- Have over 5 + years of hands on experience in leading JavaScript frameworks such as React Native, React and well known frameworks
- Have experience establishing coding standards, code review/merging processes to manage software development lifecycle of a front-end web app component
- English communication makes an added advantage
- Have experience conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards
- Experienced on integrating with REST based API service components and Microservice architecture
- Experienced with Test Driven Development and Behavior Driven Development practices + agile methodology
- Experienced establishing and implementing unit testing framework and automated testing frameworks for front-end components

**Requirements**:

- Having 3+ years experiences in frontend engineering, especially leading a team is necessary- Recruiting and mentoring junior frontend engineers
- Leading the team's performance on frontend aspect
- Working closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of their designs
- Collaborating with engineers and product managers to design and launch new features.
