Technology Support Intern

He/she will responsible for assisting technology team on internal and external technology support duties, such as implementing solutions, and managing hardware and software inventory.
Job description will include but not limited to:

- Works closely with developers to enable high-quality software development in an agile environment.
- Deploying code into staging server.
- Collaborate with developers to do some quality assurance work.
- Manage, document and enhance both automated and manual operational processes.
- Integrate and manage services to support internal and external users.
- Troubleshooting for errors and resolving them.
- Help with upgrading network equipment.
- Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers/laptops.
Spesific Qualification:

- Male/Female, max.
25 years old
- Minimum education level: currently in college, high school, or vocational school.
Majoring in a related field is a plus.
- High level of initiative, strong will to learn new stuff, and able to carry out responsibilities with mínimal direction or supervision.
- Available for a minimum of 6 (six) months internship duration.
- Willing to be responsible for providing accommodation and your own personal needs during the internship.
