- Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.
- Analyze products technical design with product designers and developers.
- Collaborate with developer to make products easier to use.
- Write user request or developer guides that easy to understand.
- Create illustrations to help end-users with a variety of applications (photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts) that increase users’ understanding
- Standardize technical documentation across platforms
- Gather usability feedback from customers, products and developers
- Revise documents as new issues arise
