Full-time salaried position in our Jogja-based headquarter
**Roles**:
- As Technical Support Specialist at DomaiNesia, you are responsible to provide guidance in solving customers' issues and deliver clear information about our product.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming support ticket and online chat requests from our customers as well as comfortable in face to face interaction
- Resolve technical issues and provide support to resolution
- Maintain current hosting environment in both a Linux and cPanel Servers
- Provide support for customer hosting specific issues including debugging customer sites to aid in problem resolution as well as customer initial setup of sites
- Ensure servers are kept up to date and running
- Maintain a highly available environment to minimize interruption to customers
- Monitor the health of the entire hosting environment
**Requirements**:
- Willing to work in shift, especially midnight and weekend shift
- Posses excellent problem-solving skills
- The capacity to work well within a team
- Attention to detail and logical thinking
- Expert knowledge in how operating systems and server works
- The capacity to clearly explain a technical problem to a customer
- Outstanding listening and questioning skills
