**The following is a Job Description for this position**:
- Ensuring that the product or service used by the user can function normally/run as it should
- Serving customers well
- Perform troubleshooting and also provide solutions to customer problems
- Provide education about products used by customers
- Provisioning and activating product services
- Coordinate a use case to an internal team, such as the Engineer/Product Team
- Active in using the ticketing system (JIRA/Gitlab)
- Ensuring customers are satisfied with the support provided by the company
**The following are the requirements for this position**:
- Graduate from computer or related field.
- Experience minimum 1 years as technical support.

- Willing to work shifting (under consideration)
- Willing to be assigned to visit customers outside the city at any time needed
- Able to work under pressure
