The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.
The incumbent will act as the customer facing frontline for the business.
The role is an important conduit for communication with customers when addressing issues, collecting feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role is key to customer retention and opportunistic upselling of other services.
**Responsibilities**:

- Building customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Identifying problems and finding the most effective solutions where possible.
- Test fixes to ensure the problem has been adequately resolved.
- Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.
- Develop help sheets and knowledge base articles for end users.
**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Educational background in computer science or other field of science will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills to clearly and concisely communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders in written and verbal form
- Great stamina and passion for working with people in an intense and fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate in English, and Bahasa Indonesia
