Performing operation and maintenance activities
- Communicating with manufaturer's TAC (Technical Assitance Center) and/or utilizing manufature's knowledge base and tools to ensure timely resolutions for any and all arising problems
- Managing inventory of spare-part and the procurement process paperwork to obtain sufficient level of stock as per COMPANY's request
- Maintaining inventory database and system documentation by regualry updating and auditing their validity
- Working in a team with COMPANY's personnerl and/or the peronnerl of COMPANY's other suppliers
- +2 years experience in ICT and Managed Serviced Business Environment or equivalent
- +4 years experience maintaining and troubleshooting on LAN/WAN device, access point, firewall, voice pabx
- University degree (S1) or equivalent in IT and/or Electrical Engineering
- CCNA minimum, CCNP or other network professional level certification is prefereable
- Bale to demonstrate network professional level certification is preferable
- Detailed level hand on experience with the related technology applied fot the positions on the enterprise or telco environment
- Strong techincal aptitude
- Ability to show initiative in solvinf problems and drive to succed
- Excellent team player
- Possess dynamic positive attitude
- Willingness to get involved and take responsibility for all elements required to bring a positive outcome for the company
