Zero Hash is looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer, with a background in FinTech SAAS businesses, who is looking to build the infrastructure for Finance 2.0. You´ll be responsible for ensuring smooth technical operations across our client base and tech stack. You will be the public face of the company and interact directly with our partners.

Provide analysis and real time reporting for major incidents, SLAs, SLOs, etc. to key partnersSupport incident response on critical applications and infrastructure issuesAbility to communicate technical issues to customersTriage and troubleshoot system issuesWork closely with developers and operational teams on escalated technical issuesManage Zendesk and JIRA related workflowsCreate alerts and dashboards based on application logs and business metricsStrive for zero outages and a low level of production issues. 1-3 years Experience of technical operations and customer supportKnowledge of relational/document-oriented databases incl.
