- Memberikan dukungan teknis untuk tim sales dalam rangka kegiatan penjualan dan kemitraan
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan teknis pelanggan dan memberikan rekomendasi teknis kepada calon pelanggan / pelanggan
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan bagian internal terkait untuk medapatkan solusi teknis sesuai kebutuhan calon pelanggan / pelanggan
- Memberikan support aktivitas pemasaran termasuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan
- Memberikan input untuk perkembangan bisnis dengan mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis kedepan
- Melaksanakan riset pemasaran sesuai industri perusahaan
- Mengumpulkan, mengelola, dan menganalisa data pemasaran sebagai rekomendasi atas perbaikan bisnis proses kedepan
