**Job Descriptions**:
- Responsible to sourcing & hire relevant vendor to each project, including create the specific TOR for each vendors.
- Manage, evaluating & coordinate the design and it's activities of all discipline (architecture, structure, MEP, infra, ID, landscape, QS, etc) according to the assumptions of the Term of Reference & management brief with all related parties including identification of critical points.
- Play a role in the preparation of the feasibility study and provide recommendations for alternative renovation scheme idea or new project idea, including the market trend, cost estimation & time schedule.
- Do coordination & communication with the relevant team both internal & external of organization.
- Manage & evaluating the implementation of approved schedule, project contract package plans, and submission of complete tender documents (drawings and tender specifications) from each consultants.
- Technical services administration works following the company standard & rules.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil or ME Engineering.
- At least 7 Years of working experience in Property Business, Developer, Consultant or Building contractor.
- Required Skill(s) : Have a comprehensive knowledge about technicality of Shopping Mall & Hotels, Good communication skill, Goals oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
- Posses excellent communication, presentation, file management and administration skills.
- Software Skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Google Sketchup, relevant software to educational background.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City and willing to travel locally or to various project sites.
