DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN MainTasks?Ensure that technical activities in Indonesia comply with EHS regulations where the products are sold or exportedEnsure that QC standards and procedures are adhered to deliver overall quality of manufactured and marketed products and render assistance to failed production batchIdentify new or alternatives raw materials to optimize product cost with desirable performance with close interaction with Sub-Regional Technical ManagerMaintain product performance in order to be consistent with Product SpecificationsProvide competitive product performance information to verify competitiveness of own productsProvide local in-house test reports and render field and application supportProvide technical support and provide product failure analysis and solution through laboratory testingInterface sales/marketing personnel and technical service laboratory/product training to understand and apply production/application techniques to enhance business opportunities via product applications, meeting customer expectations, and solve technical problemsProvide input/recommendations & involve in product improvement /formula modification/product localization to suit the local market requirement and cost optimization, with close interaction with Sub-regional technical managerParticipate in product launch or lead plant pilot scheme to gain actual production experience of using process conditions to influence product end-use performance and share the experience with the teamParticipate as a part of product launch team to ensure smooth introduction of the product in customer service process?RequirementCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
