DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN Main Task ? Sales and Market Strategy/Development
Prepare and present the Annual Sales Budget at the beginning of each year to the Sales Manager.
Prepare and provide details of budget distribution within sub-area included business overview of each area
Provide data and analysis of Actual Area Sales vs Area Sales Budget to the Sales Manager quarterly
Committed to deliver agreed sales volume, sales value and profitability (cCM1) as approved by Sales Mgr
Together with Technical Sales Rep, approach and deal with medium ? big customers with coordination from Sales Manager.
Together with Sales Manager, approach and deal with big customers, applicators and distributors
Prepare sales strategy plan, including action plan, lead and coordinate with Technical Sales Rep and the Sales Manager to take tactical action; monitor, control and review the results in order to achieve the agreed sales budget.
Conduct market research to monitor the market condition in the area to determine the sales potential and the sales strategy in order to attract new customers.
Support the Product Management for specifications especially for new prospecting enterprise customer.
Coordinate with Product Management and support the applicator or distributor for project specifications to owner, consultant or contractor.
Customer Management and Service
Provide customer segmentation data regarding their sales contributions.
Prepare a strategy, budget and action plan for appropriate business treatment for each customer level.
Manage and monitor the existing customers by improving the product quality, service and solution.
Provide appropriate service, technical assistance and project information for customers.
Provide assistance for product application and evaluation for customers to ensure the correct use of the product.
Ensure that the products distributed fulfil the customer?s requirements and expectations.
Handle customer complaints in order to maintain good relationship with them.
Market Intelligence
Prepare and update the annual Market Share Analysis and Customer Data Base by market segment.
Analyze products, prices and activities of competitors in the market.
Provide information regarding market needs and changes in order to support new product development.
Conduct SWOT-Analyses regularly in order to recommend a sales strategy and action plan.
Prepare updated project information from the BCI Asia Magazine or other information sources and select the priority project tenders to follow up.
Internal Coordination with Other Department
Monitor the monthly sales planning and conduct meetings regularly to ensure target achievement.
Monitor and coordinate with Accounts Receivable or the Finance Manager for ageing receivables and support the collection of overdue customer debts by conducting a meeting with the key person of the customer.
Coordinate with Accounts Receivable for the opening of new account and the related credit limits according to the company?s credit policy.
Territory Management
Organize an effective delivery schedule to achieve the necessary covered area.
Ensure that the sales administration is carried out properly by the Sales Administration Staff.
Control and minimize the transportation and distribution cost for product delivery to customer.
Provide monthly sales reports, forecasts and project list for the Sales Manager.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
