RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy

The ideal candidate must have 12+ years of relevant Financial Domain IT Experience with at least 5 years of MTS, ACE and RGW support and testing experience.
A very good knowledge of the payments environments in the US, Germany, UK and Japan Working knowledge of SWIFT, CHIPS, FED and SEPA interfaces and message formats Application development experience on using C, Java, Cobol, Bash, Perl, SQL, MQ, Oracle, COGNOS and Unix/AIX Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to develop effective customer relationships with both internal and external customers/vendors. Analytical ability to troubleshoot issues, identify tactical and strategic solutions Experience of effectively dealing with vendors. A self-starter who is committed to identifying/adopting new standards/ways of working. Should have demonstrated ability to work under pressure. Availability to work non-standard business hours when necessary to provide project/system support for the four regions (Germany, UK, US & Japan). This may involve working late night hours/weekends. Technical Experience : 12+ years of overall application development/support experience 5+ yeas exp working on ACI’s MTS application and Cobol/Subject Cobol/Java customizations 5+ years of Java application development 5+ years of Unix/C & Scripting experience Expertise with IBM WebSphere MQ based application development Exposure and good understanding of Oracle & Postgres and similar RDBMS environments Exposure to WebSphere Application Server & JBOSS Experience creating functional & design specification documents Experience in Implementation Planning and providing Implementation Support
