About the Technical Director (Insurance) Role:
In this role you will be driving the core business and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical team for general insurance
Underwriting, claim, reinsurance, and actuary
Liaising with internal stakeholders e.g. C-level and investors
Maintain great communication with external stakeholders e.g. OJK and related government bodies

To succeed in this Technical Director (Insurance) role, you will need to have analytical skills to determine pricing and insurance product designing ability.
Key Requirements:
Having a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree would be a great advantage
Having minimum eight years' of working experience at general insurance company with relevant experience
Holding AAIK certification (mandatory)
Having well-established networks in reinsurance business
Ability to think with technology-driven business point of view
