**Responsibilities**:
**Leading the leadership & change management**
- Lead the implementation of Data Strategy across the organization
- Advise C Level management on Data issue
- Provide business case for investments in data development and lead their implementation
- Able to communicate, collaborate and commit to achieving data goal of the organization

**Initiating the strategic development**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and effective data strategy
- Ensure the team is kept up to speed with current trend
- Succession planning
- Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to deliver product suites that create real business value and provide leading-edge for our client

**Assisting the maximization of process development**
- Constantly identify the new process which is more efficient and implement them successfully
- Develop and oversee best practice for data acquisition
- To support the analysis, interpretation, reporting, and presentation of supporter data
- Plan and implement: Learn-Plan-build-Test-Measure-Tweak process

**Handling data warehouse development**
- Lead the implementation of data warehouse development

**Managing the team**
- Scale data team and hire talents that are culture fit and with right skills
- Ensure that the team is in alignment with business needs via OKRs or KPI, roadmaps, and constant feedback

**Requirements**:

- Having 5+ years of data management experience
- An inspiring leader that people want to learn from and follow
- Has a strong record building and developing data team
- Has experience in complex data pipelines
- Creative at heart and can encourage novel ways of thinking in their team.
