Job Description Lead a pod of 7-10 strong engineers of individual platforms (React / Android / iOS / Backend /QA).Working closely with the product and business stakeholders to understand the requirement and provide engineering solutions with clear expectations on the interfaces.Collaborating with the business to understand the requirement and Connect regularly with developers and quality assurance teams to deliver stable apps.Hands-on debugging of critical issues.Ensure the implementation coding & design best practices via regular code reviews.Documenting design and database schemas, as well as preparing reports.Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.Mentoring and training junior engineers. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.6+ years working in a technological role with 1+ years managing 5 or more engineers.Technical expertise in any one of the following: Android - Kotlin// iOS - Swift// Web + Backend - MERN / MEAN / Python/ GolangStrong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.Deep technical understanding of application and cloud-native deployment and design, including middleware options, protocols, API gateways, and platform infrastructures.Good understanding of microservice based architecture and mobile application interfaces. (MERN/ MEAN / Android + Backend / iOS + Backend)Highly accountable, takes ownership and showcases excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
