Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities would include:

- Lead and manage the sales team in Jakarta / Bekasi Area
- Support the Sales & Application team related to Booking, Billing and technical solutions
- Organizing, planning and scheduling selling time to cover the assigned territory.
- Participating in tradeshows, associations and local in-house shows and seminars.
- Manage the sales team KPI
- Communicate with the Production and SBU team on the marketing strategy and sales forecast

What You Need to Succeed
- Min Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Mechanical, Mechatronic or civil.
- Required language(s): English.
Understanding entry level Chinese in verbal, reading & writing will help to succeed in this position
- Translate Civil engineering drawing
- Strong sense in understanding workflow within customer site
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in leading sales team
- Required Skill(s): Presentation skills, communication skills, reading civil drawing, simple electric diagram
- Preferably has knowledge in Industrial process, EPC working exposure
- Knowledge in Pilling, Metal construction.
- Hard worker and target oriented
