Team Lead Sales Import Export

Leading to approach the leads that come and continue to look for new leads as well as maintaining good relations and meeting the needs of the company's consumers is the main focus.
- Meet the customer & build relationships that allow you to understand, and frame, the customers strategic goals and align, or create a comprehensive plan
- Demonstrate expertise in building business cases which clearly show value and differentiation at all levels of our customer / prospect organizations.
- Sell into new accounts along with discovering new opportunities within current accounts, and securing incremental business
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products competitive positioning in the market, and prepare activity and forecast reports as requested

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in forwarding
- Having knowledge about incoterms
- Demonstrating excellence in pipeline Generation & Opportunity Progression; including planning and preparation.
- Creating trusted customer relationships and a deep understanding of needs/opportunities within enterprises.
- Detail oriented, organized and fast to adapt person
- Willing to work in Pluit, North Jakarta.

**Salary**: Up to Rp900,000,000 per month
