About the Role

As a Talent & Leadership Development Manager, you will lead talent development-related initiatives and programs across Gojek. You will be an internal consultant, advisor and coach to leadership to build and execute learning and growth culture. You will partner closely with Global Talent and Leadership Development team members, wider PAC team, Finance, Procurement and other functions as required.
What You Will Do

You will work closely with the senior stakeholders to define and shape Learning programs to achieve our organizational goals
You will lead a dynamic and talented team, who are shaping our learning culture
Drive programs targeted at developing exceptional leaders
Use data to inform decisions, track and measure the impact of programs tied to business output
Employ innovative, scalable capability building methods that go beyond the classroom, including self-directed learning, technology-based learning, learning on the job, mobile learning, testing, monitoring, etc
What You Will Need

At least 8 years in a Senior L&D role or organizational development/management consulting
Outstanding project management & organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and ability to work comfortably with data
Business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures and dynamics relate to execution
Facilitating and coaching skills with an ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences

Our Global Talent & Leadership Development (TLD) Team is a family of 8 talent and leadership development professionals across Indonesia, Singapore & India. Being a part of this team, you will enable our employees to become leaders and equip them to be more effective and agile in our evolving environment. You will be in the most critical stage of building a culture of learning at Gojek, where you will be provided with plenty of exciting opportunities to drive and lead change.

Since our new team was formed in 2019, we have achieved several milestones. Some of these include programs and initiatives, such as Learning Lab Platform, (Gojek’s first-ever learning platform), Hack Your Potential (a quarterly themed series that aimed at upskilling employees through a blended learning approach), The Language Gym (a program that helped improve communication skills), GoLead (Gojek’s first-ever manager portal).

All that said, don’t be fooled by our hard work; we know how to play hard, too. We organize monthly team-centric activities with revolving hosts. From Pictionary to virtual jigsaw puzzles to movie parties, to weekly challenges. These activities help us learn something new about one another, bringing us closer together as a team and grow as one.
