Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various levels and positions- Assist new joiners from pre-onboarding, onboarding, post-onboarding, till the probation/contract reviews through personal relations.- Serve as the representative for external hiring partners (executive search firms/headhunting firms, campus career centers, job portals, assessment providers, etc.)- Involve in People and Organization Development Projects to define, establish, and improve end-to-end process in HR Business Partner department.- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or other relevant majors from reputable universities with min GPA of 3.20.- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment & selection, preferable at industrial company.- A familiarity with assessment and psychological tools.- Strong passion for continuous improvements.- Fast learner, quickly adapt to every situation, meticulous, and well-organized.- Good communication skills.
