Job Scope
Work closely with HQ based in Singapore.
Coordinate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs.
Determine selection criteria.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Propose salaries to management and hiring manager.
Present offers to selected candidates.
Collect and verify required documents from candidates.

Requirement
Able to speak in English actively.
Able to work in Surabaya.
Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Familiar with UU no 13 tahun 2013 and UU Cipta Kerja.
Able to work in a fast changing versatile environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in hiring technical roles compulsory.
Independent and self motivated.
Proficient in verbal and written English.
Computer and technology savvy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
