Talent Acquisition Officer

**Location**: Head Office, Jakarta

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling partnership with third parties (i.e.
Manpower Ministry, Universities, Schools, Job Portals)
- Manage career site and social media

**Qualifications**:

- Maximum 27 years old
- Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree of majoring Psychology from reputable University
- Have at least 3-5 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition or in Recruitment field
- Have an experience as Recruiter in Manufacturing company will be a plus point
- Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test
- Have a good Interview skill
- Have a good sourcing strategy for any position level
- Have a good analytical and communication skill
- Have a pleasant, creative and initiative personality
- Have a strong working motivation and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Applicant must be willing to work at our Head Office, Central Jakarta
