Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordinglyKeep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basis for reporting to the HR DirectorMinimum 3 - 5 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition ManagerA good command of English (spoken and written)Excellent presentation, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
