A multinational financial services company has made available a Talent Acquisition Manager job. You will be in charge of end-to-end recruitment activity. The successful candidate must have more than 8 years' experience in talent acquisition, background in Psychology, and have headhunting and corporate experience.
About the Talent Acquisition Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end talent acquisition and employer branding from managing the talent acquisition strategy to onboarding of the candidate, especially for white collar hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform pre-recruitment activities such as collecting recruitment requests from users and details of job function/requirement, checking headcount availability in annual MPP, and discuss with users or related managers regarding the requests
Build applicants database through internal sourcing (job posting, referral, and internal network) and external sourcing (universities, printed media, online/internet media), and third party or headhunter
Perform preliminary screening; review resumes and employment applications to match candidates' qualifications with requirements
Perform selection process and administration; set interview appointments, conduct preliminary tests and interviews, discuss interview results with users, arrange for assessments (for managers and above), background checks and medicals, negotiate salary and make an offer to the candidates
Prepare for onboarding; collect all necessary documents for employee personal files and Payroll, scan all new hire documents for file net documentation, create Employee ID and user information required by IT, prepare Internal Memo HR, input new hires work information into the HRIS
Perform administration tasks such as preparing regular recruitment reports, tracking assignments, tracking candidates, tracking background check and medical checkup etc.

To succeed in this Talent Acquisition Manager role, you will need to be client-oriented, a problem-solver, and able to work with users and advise them on speeding up the recruitment process.
Key Requirements:
At least eight years' experience handling end-to-end talent acquisition, preferably coming from financial services industries
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a background in Psychology
Client-oriented, firm, problem-solver, and able to work with user and advise them to speed up the recruitment process
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (English is a must-have)
A dedicated team player
