Talent Acquisition Intern

You will directly assist the HR team with a wide range of projects related to HR talent sourcing, recruiting, headhunting, onboarding/orientation, filing, and other assigned HR tasks.

Responsibilities include:

- Identifying, head hunting and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
- Conducting interviews, checking references and credit
- Developing and implementing different sourcing strategies to meet company recruitment needs
