**Key Responsibilities**:
- Overseeing recruitment processes, ensure and strategize the selection process.
This may include screening profiles, conduct interviews and screen calls with recruiter and line manager, conduct reference check and rolled out offering.
- Actively engage with event and represent the company at human resources related event.
- Build strong relationship with line manager and related HOD to attain best alignment in hiring needs and fulfillment.
- Develop strong relationship with external parties to gain great exposure in the market such as APINDO, Universities, Ministries, etc.
- Drive proactive discovery to gain innovative employee tools and technology, strategize innovative ways to attract talent.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree of Psychology or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-4 year relevant experienced.
- Have experience working at Retail and FMCG industry will be very advantage.
- Should have an experience handling Mass recruitment.
- Must have experiences handle employer branding.
- Understanding interview methods and strategy (i.e.
BEI, Targeted Interview, STAR etc.).
- Strong in communication and persuasive skills with a high drive spirit to achieve.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
