Oversee infrastructure-related projects and ops in your team
- Manage resource allocations and priorities effectively
- People management responsibilities in terms of mentoring, teaching hard and soft skills, and managing team members' career path
- Provide team members regular performance feedback.

1 year of leadership experience with proven ability to mentor and develop team
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Familiar with infra or software architecture and design to guide the development of solutions that are secure, scalable, and reliable
- Familiar with Linux, including task automation (bash, Python), tuning, troubleshooting, and security
- Familiar with cloud technology (AWS/GCP/Alibaba Cloud)
- Understanding of networking and network administration, including cloud VPC, LB, security group/firewall, and interconnection
- Understanding of service configuration management, deployment and continuous integration tools, such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins
