Support Technician/Engineer

We are in the process of starting our maintenance office in Indonesia and we are looking for Support Technician/Engineer

**Job description**

**Requirements**:
1.
RF/ Electrical with software knowledge required.
2.
Minimum 2 years' experience in technician or related position.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
3.
Good work ethics and must be willing to learn and follow instructions

4.
Physically Fit

5.
Country Based: Indonesia

6.
Willing to travel.
7.
Able to speak english.
Work Scopes;
1.
Provide a high level of first line of support in the event of customer support problems;
- Customer focal point for feedback and technical issues

2.
Responsible for the customer repair process including:

- Providing an initial diagnosis of the state of the product, and attempt a resolution over the telephone / personally
- Giving estimates on equipment return to the customer, liaising closely with Tracking and reporting progress to the customer.
- Performing corrective and preventive maintenance
- Preparation and calibration of product
- Soldering
- Etc.
3.
Work closely with overseas head office on repairs procedure

4.
Taking responsibility for product final acceptance testing

5.
Full functional testing to ensure correct equipment operation before delivery

6.
Help create and maintain user manuals and documentation and software release notes

7.
Secondary activity to assist the sales team by:

- Conducting customer visits and product demos
- Providing day training courses within the customers' country of residence
- Help exhibit the products and promote the company at trade major shows
- Help maintain customer documentation and marketing material

**Job Type**: Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From Rp5,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
