You are mainly responsible for the Supply Planning functions such as MIP planning for Master Scheduling & MRP planning, FGs inventory and RCCP plan. You must develop optimum level of supply planning execution to support Business Units & Operations.**Key responsibilities**:- Inventory and/or Capacity Planning across the medium/long term planning horizon to meet customer demand (this can include Production Scheduling activities for some) at least operating & inventory cost- Work with Demand Planner & Customer Care to establish 'Supply Level Agreements' that secure supply with an appropriate balance between risk, opportunity and flexibility & Active participation in SOP process, via the Monthly Supply Review Meeting & supporting processes- Ensure system tools are fully utilised to allow optimization of capacity planning & supply/inventory planning activities- In conjunction with Supply Planning Manager conduct ongoing analysis of inventory and replenishment parameters to ensure improved working capital performance;- Develop continuous improvement activities to drive planning excellence through efficiencies in capacity plan. Single point of contact to operation planning / Technology Supply Specialist & Coordinate re-balancing of inventory where required- Prepare RCCP overviews to drive S&OP meeting with Business, Operations and Finance to determine mid to long term business & operation strategy- Data Analysis and Reporting by establishing and/or maintenance of reporting mechanisms which provide analysis of: Inventory coverage, value, turns- Play a key role in facilitating emergent issues that impact on schedule and commitment. Work with functional team to find solutions and perform root-cause and gap analysis- Ensure the right capacity and capability in place to supply and deliver end products to customer. Ensure sales orders, inventories, supply plans are properly managed including close monitoring of excess, slow moving, aging and phase-in and phased-out models- Stock write off vs provisions- Executing the agreed standard supply planning processes, supporting the implementation of new projects and tools to ensure continuity of excellent supply plan Performance to Production Plan- Provide input into key measures as required i.e. reasons for OTIF failures etc- SAP Planning Super User/Expert for the Kerry Ingredients Karawang**Qualifications and skills**:- Solid understanding of basic supply chain theory coupled with hands on inventory / materials planning experience- Minimum 3 years' experience in Planning roles in Supply Chain function & Intermediate to Advanced ERP knowledge, SAP experience is essential- Must have a strong business understanding and insight Competencies Required- Strong Analytical, Planning, Influencing & Negotiation Skills- A good communicator who can build strong relationships and is able to challenge the process to strive for continuous improvement- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that exemplify professionalism in both internal and external environments and enables effective ways of working with people from different functions and levels- Motivated with a drive to succeed in a demanding and challenging working environment- Excellent problem solver with the ability to tackle complex issues and work to tight deadlines to achieve desired outcomes
